I have experience in management as I’ve worked in retail for Target Corp in the past as a floor manager for a little over eight years. I retired my manager’s hat to work in nursing as I felt a strong connection to care for others. With that being said, I went to nursing school and received my diploma/certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), which brings me back here. After years of working on the floor in nursing I accepted a position in Human Resources, and yahoo I found it again, my passion for business. By the end of this course my goal is to have a better understanding of what it takes to be creative and to always be able to think critically in a business setting (as I feel that have mastered that in nursing already). Taking this course I believe well contribute to getting me to the next step within my career in Business Management. I look forward to conversing with you all over the next five weeks.
