a. The company my husband works for, Nexus Solutions, uses GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting is an online meeting and conferencing software. GoToMeeting also has the option for recording video conferences and storing them in the cloud. This is really useful in my husband's company because he works closely with several people located in different states. They can have video conferences and meetings, but if someone needs to miss one, they can record it for that person so that they aren't out of the loop on important issues and updates.

GoToMeeting enhances communication within the company and makes it more efficient so that more time can be spent on projects and customer relations. Overall, this enables the company's employees to be more productive. They have the communication that they need and a recording of it that they can refer back to. There is also less time wasted trying to get a hold of several different coworkers when they can all meet together.

b. I work for a Japanese logistics company, and we equip our sales department with different devices to support their goals and better serve our customers when out in the field.

Our sales department has access to our Dropbox for Business account in to which presentations and other documents are uploaded for them to access and present to prospective customers.
