In the introduction of the assignment, please identify the school district’s contract and date it was approved by the school board. In your analysis, include the following elements in the comparison; is tenure part of the contract, explain the elements of due process, how are effective staff retained and ineffective ones removed, what aspects of professional development are included, is common planning time and/or flex time included, how are teachers evaluated, and how are teachers motivated.
