Brief about case study:

One of the most active departments in ADEC is Research Office. This office uses different internal communication tools like the survey to communicate with employees in ADEC. Research office conducts regular surveys, including questionnaires to collect data for research study or projects.

Problem statement: To gather research data, the Research Office develops survey questions and distributes the questions to the employees. However, the response turnover is significantly low. Only a few people reply to these surveys. Usually, there must be sufficient data for study findings to valid. The low response turnover signals a communication problem in ADEC. The small data risks the validity and reliability of ADEC studies.

Methodology: The interview will be the main tool to collect needed information for the study. I will select one person from research office in ADEC.
