Professionalism is the practice or method of being formal in doing things. It could be in handling issues one is faced with, in conversations or in character.
In a corporate entity such as the educational sector, organizations where factors such as profit/loss, assets/liabilities etc. are discussed in monetary terms, being casual or nonchalant in such circumstances or environment will not allow for such individual to be taken seriously but professionalism sets one apart on important issues, allows for one to be taken at face value when issues are being deliberated upon.
To develop professionalism for success in future, we must first acknowledge the need for this formal character and see it as the only method that can set us apart positively and then consistently seek out knowledge on it, learn, improve on it and try to always practice it in any given situation.
