You need to write about Statistical Thinking Project

Apply the technical methods to any applications showing your understanding to Statistical Thinking, such as variation identification and reduction, quality improvement methods. Specifically, the following sections may be included in your final report

(i) Problem description/business case

(ii) Objectives

(iii) Data collection/description

(iv). Proposed statistical methods for quality process/variation modeling and improvement

(v) Expected results and conclusions

For this project

You may statistically propose approaches and ideas for variation identification, quantification, assessment, etc.

You don't have to have data collected but try to answer questions such as what are the sources of variations of a specific problem/application, how would you propose to quantify and measure the variation, what types of data would be needed? How big the sample size would be sufficient? Which methods would be appropriate for the identified problem? etc. These are just example questions, and you can focus on some of them or other questions relevant to your specific question/application.
