You will take on the role as a corporate “consultant” and analyze an organizational system (company, community group, team, etc.) you are currently a part of or it could be a group you have been associated with in the past.

Using the 6-Box Model developed by Marvin Weisbord and discussed in class, you will analyze and discuss each of those six categories as well as the “outside environment” to determine what changes need to be made to make the organization run more effectively.

Six Boxes: Discuss each of the various “boxes” in your organization. Analyze what is working, what is NOT working, and most importantly- what changes (if any) would you recommend

Outside Environment: Discuss what other factors might affect your organization.
