Methodology For my Single Subject Research Design, I tried to reduce the amount of spending that I did, so that I could save money for my new house. One of the first things I tried was to create a realistic and granular budget that accounts for all anticipated expenses. In addition, I regularly compared actual costs with the budget and identified areas where savings could be made. When I started to compare the costs of things, I realized how much money I have wasted in the past. I also tried to cut back on wants and excess spending. My husband was also made aware of budget constraints, and I encouraged him to make decisions that were as cost-effective as possible. I used the AB method. I believe that the amount of money that I spent was the dependent variable for this project.
