The detailed requirement is as follows: 1. Proposal of a new insurance product It should be a really innovative insurance product, instead of an existing one in your market. The proposal should at least include the following sections: basic introduction about the product, including the property/people covered, the perils, the exclusions, etc.; the motivations for designing the product; what are the characteristics compared with similar products; how do the insurers market the product; what are the risks (challenges) for the insurance firms to provide such a product. Select a significant legal case or a famous dispute between a policyholder (or insured) and a insurance firm, introduce the case, and try to use the knowledge you learned in this course to present your argument.
