$10.$ Calculate means for each sub$-$dimension of a construct where applicable,

followed by a mean for each construct in total. $($The use of alternative or more

detailed descriptive statistics is not compulsory, but may enhance understanding and

$/$ or improve the display of your findings for those groups who wish to do so$)$

$11.$ Note that some of the questionnaires may include reversed scores, sometimes $$

but not in all instances $-$ indicated by $*.$ If so$,$ you should first transfer all responses

exactly as it is completed on the questionnaires onto the excell datasheet,

including the original numbers allocated to the reversed questions. Next, calcuclate

the total average score for the item, based on the inputs of all respondents on that

item.

Only once these total scores have been computed, the total scores of reversed

items should be adjusted before calclulating the means for the overall constructs as

measured by all items in the section that measures a particular construct. Questions

indicated by $*$ measures the construct in a negatively phrased manner, and a score of

$2$ on a $5$ point scale would actually mean that an adjusted score of $4$ should be

allocated as a total score. Key:

To summarise: Do not alter scores of reversed questions when capturing these on

the datasheet. Only once the final total for a reversed question has been calculated,

this score is the only one which should be adjusted by using the key provided above.

$12.$ Use the results to form an opinion regarding the nature of the baseline scores

established for each of the selected constructs and to obtain an overall impression of

the findings$\mathrm{.}13.$ Compare your practical research findings with those obtained from the literature.

How does it agree or differ from those in the literature? Try to find logical

explanations for what you have found.

$14.$ Formulate an opinion regarding the status of the target group with respect to the

selected constructs and the potential implications of these findings for the

effectiveness and efficiency of the target group$$s performance, should this group

have been employees of a company within an international competitive business

environment. It is particularly important to consider the strategic goals of the

company and how your findings would serve to promote$/$hinder the achievement of

these goals.

$15.$ Based on the findings, what recommendations would you give to

$$management$?$ Your recommendations $(5+)$ must be substantiated by research

evidence. You may thus not make recommendations intuitively; these must be

proven by credible academic sources showing that these initiatives actually do make

the desired difference required.
