$(10$ points$)$ When we discussed the behavior of magnetic materials, we noted that there are some that are attracted to magnets $($paramagnetic$)$ and others that are repelled $($diamagnetic$).$ But when we discussed the behavior of materials in electric fields, we never made this distinction. Why? Explain using drawings $($no math$)$ that show the relative directions of dipole moments and external fields, why there is no such phenomena as $$diaelectricity$,$ yet diamagnetism can exist.
