Compose a two$-$page formal report on one or two trends that shape this industry and cite your sources using APA documentation style. At this point, you are researching the industry$/$environment of your chosen organization; hence, the report will not include any recommendations for the organization. This industry research will provide the basis and starting point for your formal group proposal and group presentation.
