implements the following job:

"Your network will take three binary$-$valued $($i$.$e$.,$ either $0$ or

inputs and then it will produce an output $1$ if two of the

inputs are $1,$ otherwise the output will be $0.$

Specify the weights and biases which correctly implement this

job.

Hints: One of the hidden units should activate if two or more

inputs are on$,$ and the other should activate if all of the inputs

are on$.$

You may use hard threshold activation function in all of the

units.
