$3.$ The return confirmation is generated.

$4.$ The return confirmation is sent to the customer.

$5.$ After receiving the return confirmation, the customer sends back the return.

$6.$ After the package arrives at the shop operator, it is checked.

a$)$ Everything is in order. The customer's payment is refunded. Then the process ends.
