Many SYN messages are spoofed to a certain destination. The destination

waits for ACK from all of these and hold them in its buffer. Since no ACK

will be coming the buffer fills up and will not be able to response to any

other connection requests.

$($b$)$ Suggest a solution for ARP Cache poisoning attack.

Manually change the ARP tables, use ARP Watch, etc.

$($c$)$ Give names of two attacks at the network layer.
