Purpose

This assignment is intended to help you learn to identify an organization that embodies creativity, innovation, and change in actual practice.

Overview

In Module $6,$ your group $(2-3$ learners assigned by the instructor$)$ will make a presentation to the instructor and the class on the results of collective research into and analysis of an exemplar or model innovative organization. The selected organization should personify creativity, innovation, and positive change in actual practice. The chosen organization should not be large, well$-$known, or mainstream. Look for an organization that is currently on the fringe of its industry, one that is considered disruptive, unconventional, and mold$-$breaking. For example, do not chose a conventional Fortune $500$ or $$Best Place to Work For$$ company. Your selection can come from the ranks of for$-$profits, not$-$for$-$profits, or governmental units. This assignment is designed to assist you in preparing for this project.
