The $30$ productlon are Las proposed to inanagrmert that thin analy and create their own value$-$stream maps for the different products they make. Why is it a good idea for the $30$ area to take over this task?

The $30$ area understands better than management how they make the products, can best describe the process, and can then identify ways to improve.

Creating their own value$-$stream maps will demonstrate that the $30$ production employees are ready to take on additional responsibilities.
