There are three mandatory assignments in this course. You must submit all three assignments to the instructor using the fun provided on the assignment pages.

The first two assignments $($in Module $16$ and Module $18)$ are not graded. Even though these two assignments are not graded, want to do your best in order to receive the instructor's valuable feedback and guidance.

The third assignment in Module $19$ is graded and you will need to receive a passing grade from the instructor to successfully the course.

Instructions:

Once you have all your adjustments recorded for the first three comparable sales, submit the results.

Your submission should include the following:

Your name

Attachment of your completed PDF or Word document with the market grid for Comparables $1-3.$

a$.$ Be sure to add plus $(+)$ or minus $(-)$ signs in front of your adjustment figures.

b$.$ After calculating the adjustments, add them up to obtain your net adjustment.

Tip: Remember that a $-$$$3,000$ adjustment and a $+$$$4,000$ will give a net result of $$1,000.$

c$.$ To calculate the net $\%,$ divide the net adjustment by the comparable's sale price.

d$.$ To calculate the gross $\%,$ add up the adjustments disregarding $-$ or $+$ and divide the result by the comparable's sale price.

Tip: Remember, a $-$$$3,000$ adjustment and a $+$$$4,000$ will give a gross result of $$7,000.$
