After weeks of not reaching out and not answering.

$($B$)$ The homeowner filed a civil lawsuit against $$New Floor on the Spot$$ for breach of contract at the Polk County Courthouse. The lawsuit would be filed at the County Courthouse in the tenth Judicial Circuit because the lawsuit amount is less than $$50,000.$
