1. Allow Project Managers to select which methodology their project should follow (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) by using your tool - we started this in class

2. For each project methodology that can be chosen in 1 above, provide

i. An overall process map of the methodology

ii. Key templates, tools and techniques to use at each of the process steps (you may source these online and use hyperlinks)

iii. A project performance dashboard suited to the project methodology in use (please provide an example of each dashboard)
