2. Based on your readings and research, describe three of the most common barriers to change in a larger hierarchical organization. Consider, in your post, the frequency, severity, and methods of mitigation of these.

3. Critically examine your personal preparation to accept change, and to accept the risks inherent in allowing change to be a deep cultural value in your organization. Use an example from your personal experience. It could be work, school, or another type of group.
