Identify and describe a leadership challenge in your workplace that, when

adequately addressed, will improve the efficiency of your department $($or work

team$)$ and its efficacy within the larger organisational structure. Identify an

organisation of your choice should you not be employed.

Based on the contents of this module, and your own desktop research,

explain how you will use the concepts and principles in a practical way to
