1. Back in Module 4, we talked about the concept of fair use in Federal copyright law. Using one of the methods for locating federal statutes mentioned in the book and lecture (Westlaw, the uscode.house.gov site, or the Legal Information Institute website, or the Law Library of Congress website), find the part of the US Code that deals with copyright. Once you have found the Title that deals with copyright, find the Section of the title that lists the factors to be considered in a fair use case. Cut and paste the entire section into your document.

2. Provide a complete citation to that section of the code. (Note: If you are using Microsoft word, you may use insert/symbol to insert the section symbol, .)

3. Find the following section of the US Code and summarize its contents in your own sentences or paragraph: 18 U.S.C. 6002. (One paragraph should be enough.)

Keep the answers to a paragraph or two if needed.
