$2.$ Each of these categories in the BCG matrix should be specific activities$/$projects$/$jobs that can bring you revenue either now or potentially in the future, not generic vague things. Therefore, it is not proper to say things like My cash cow$/$star is $"$my organization skills", "resilience & ability", "tech savvy", "being able to motivate others", etc., unless it's a specific skill set that can lead to certain activities that can bring you revenue.$]$
