2.Select a single solution. Write your product strategy sentence in the form "My product helps customer X solve problem Y by doing Z."

3. Draw a diagram that shows the key events in a user's interactions with your product. You may use a digital tool of your choice or draw it by hand. Paste the image into the answer box below. Keep in mind the following:

• • How will users likely discover your product? Paid ads, search engines, social media campaigns, referrals, App Store?
  • What are the key steps from the moment a user finds your product until they get value out of it? Download, register, complete a profile, take first key action, etc.?
  • How are you generating revenue? Ads, paid subscriptions, transactions?
  • What steps need to occur for you to generate revenue? Upgrade to paid tier, add something to shopping cart and check out, execute search queries where ads appear?
  • What could lead to a user no longer using your product? Dormant user who never comes back, cancellation, deleting the app?
