1. Business case, answer either Option A or Option B (20%) Option A The concept of expanding Ithra, the Center for World Culture, located in Dhahran is once again under consideration. The concept is to make the center even more attractive with the addition of a university city that includes both technical and arts education. To make the university city truly amazing it would need to function as a sustainable ecocity. The university city would showcase and expand activities currently undertaken within the Aramco Dhahran site. Full development of the vision would be in excess of US$ 50 billion and may need to be developed in stages. Each stage would need to be a drawcard for attracting multinational businesses and scholars to the region. Assume a formal business case is required and it is to be developed following a government style business case (e.g. the UK Greenbook). Discuss which sections in the business case would be of particular importance and why you think these sections are important.
