When it comes to handling job offers, after getting some idea about the work nature and culture of the company by asking questions to the interviewer, I start asking myself a lot of questions whether the culture of the company suits me or not due to past experiences, especially when most of the employees are from one country and I am from another. I ask myself if I should I accept the offer? will have the opportunity to grow and get experience? will I get the support I need from colleagues? Is the salary offered the best or better wait to receive a good offer? As I struggle with these questions, I believe that I am bad at handling job offers
