1. Create a flow chart that will use the input and give the correct output based on the description below. The flow chart should use numerical operators and variables when appropriate (+,,=,>, etc. ) [see lecture slides for reference]. A user will give the computer two positive integers. If any negative integers are given, the computer should give an error message. The computer will determine which integer is larger. The larger integer (L) will be multiplied by 3 until it has been multiplied S times, which is the value of the smaller integer. The multiplication will also stop if L becomes greater than 100. The computer will then output the final (new) value of L. After writing the flow chart, follow the flow chart logic and determine the output if the computer was given 10 and 14 by the user
