1. create a four-hour New Hire Onboarding Training Session .. You will need to develop four learning objectives for this session and include a lesson outline breakdown of the four-hour training session as shown on the sample lesson plan. You may allow no more than two 10-minute Breaks to be included in your lesson plan.

2. You will create a post-test as a method of evaluation to assess what the new hires have learned from the training session.
