"This is one of my favorite subjects. IoE is a concept that extends the IoT (Internet of Things which has inly one pillar: Things), and connects people, data, processes and things all together through the internet, Smart Buildings is a great example when we talk about IoE, by having intelligent or automated control of the temperature through a smart thermostat, automatically locking our doors when you leave the office, turn on and off lights at dawn and dusk without having to remind yourself to do it, and so on. The industry of healthcare is will benefit from the IoE by connecting to sporting clothes and gear such as Garmin (sports and travel industry) does when using sensors and other devices to transmit data and then make money with all that storage data. It will be amazing what we will see in the upcoming 10 years."
