$1.$Develop a $15-$minute presentation$/$slide deck on a training topic within the HR$/$OHS or performance field $(10-$minute theory; $5$ minute hands$-$on exercise$)$

$2.$Complete a professional summary report outlining the business case for the training; include the above content $-$ needs analysis,rationale for selected training components & cost$-$benefit analysis$).$

$3.$Ensure to provide hand$-$out material, outline of hands$-$on exercise and any other material that you use to enhance your training and performance experience with the class.

$4.$Complete a Training Evaluation form to be provided and used by your peers in the evaluation of your training product$/$webinar

$5.$ubmit an independent Training Evaluation using your own form on how you felt you did as a trainer and your content.
