When caulating the net flow FOR QUESTION 1. I think I may have made an error in regards to the cash flow statement. There was no change to Land (investing activities) so it should be left off or the number should be '0'. This would leave the net cash flow for investing $25,000. But, I am not sure if my Net Decrease In Cash During the Year would be $182,300. Can someone help me understand?
