4. You are the owner of an Italian restaurant which specializes in meatless pizza. In total the restaurant employs 50 people in full-time, part-time, and casual capacity. The restaurant employs cooks, severs and two pizza delivery drivers. Due to the Covid-19 Virus the restaurant had to close operations in March 2020. All employees were laid off. It is now June and the restaurant plans to reopen but only at 50% of capacity. Discuss strategies to consider for recalling each position now that you must re- open but cannot re-call all staff. Be very organized make assumptions as required.
