$1).$ Do you think AI will completely take over the VA business? $$If so what is your guess at the time frame?

$2).$ What services do you think will never fully be without the need of that "human touch"? $$Ie$,$ what industries should we focus on to get our people into now so they are always going to be needed?

$3).$ AI is of course important. $$What would a blended model look like? $$What softwares would you recommend I use to train our people on and have them start using? $$Keeping in mind these need to be free versions as it is important to keep cost down.

$4).$ As things are going to change so quickly, what other areas could you use next to free VA labor on$?$Maybe the answer is also to get the VAs to do things for another type of business as I pay cost for them so my costs would be low for labor.$$
