Examine which database solution your organization is currently employing. Once this has been determined, interview where available the decisionmaker for employing this application as a group. In your report, discuss why the company had selected the application and perform secondary research on two other possible software applications available. This analysis and research determine the strengths and opportunities for improvement for the application in use. Be sure to discuss scalability, type of database storage cloud or local and security measures.

Through research or personal interview, map the decisionmaking process for selecting this application and discuss the strategic considerations in play for this selection ie is the solution compatible with the various other tools employed throughout the organization, etc.

Explain the process in which your organization defines the customer journey, as well as what the parameters for the customer data are.

Consider the organization\'s approach to customer communication and the various strategies. Research how the organization chooses their segmentation policy and the various considerations that were or are in place for this process. When researching their consumers, determine how the organization targets their consumers. Discuss whether this strategy or more reactive or proactive, and through independent research, discuss the success or failure of the campaign.

Discuss how the organization measures success and reveal some of the KPIs used in this determination.

Isolate a specific example of a marketing campaign or communication strategy. Based on your research, analyze the overall objectives for the campaign, the goals, and, more specifically, the KPIs for this campaign. Based on your research, was the campaign a success? If so what are the indicators for its success? Was the campaign a failure? What were the indicators used to determine the failure?

Identify three strengths using the anatomy of a strength statement discussed in class and three opportunities for improvement OFIs use the anatomy of an OFI statement demonstrated in class

Make a recommendations section for overcoming the OFIs. Your solutions must include secondary research, and where possible, draw in examples of this solution used in other organizations.

Your report MUST include a citation in the body of your ten to twelve page reports, an abstract or executive summary not included in the page count a references section not included in the page count and all tables, charts, graphs and illustrations must appear in the appendix not included in your page count
