survey and gathering responses. State the final number of responses received.

$(3)$ For each question explain the results. Use the frequency distributions $($percentages of

those who answered each response category for each question listed on the survey$).$

Frequencies can be found in the Reports tab in Qualtrics.

$(4)$ What specific limitations occurred in the research? In other words, what could have

been done differently or better?

$(5)$ What conclusions can be drawn from the data attained in the survey? Explain specific

details that stand out.

$(6)$ What recommendations can be made based on the survey results? Be thorough when

explaining the recommendations. Be creative as well if it is warranted.

$(7)$ List the questions that were used in the survey or include the Qualtrics link.

$(8)$ Using either Excel or PowerPoint, design $3$ graphs for $3$ separate questions of your

choice from the survey. Show the statistical results based on the frequency

distributions. The graphs can be pie charts or bar graphs. Do not use the graphs that

were generated in Qualtrics$-$ design your own graphs instead. Include a title for each

graph. Make the graphs colorful and be sure to label each bar on the bar graph or

piece of the pie chart.
