Stephanie Stevenson - Stephanie Stevenson was shopping for folding chairs at Home Advantage, a local big box store. The chairs were just above her reach, but she decided to pull on one to get a look at it. As the chair came down, so did many of the items above it. There was a sign directing customers to request assistance with retrieval of elevated items. Stephanie saw the sign after the incident. It was partially covered by a product. Stephanie, and several other people, including Martha Marks who was also shopping in that area, were injured.
