Essential Requirements: Experience, Educational & Special Training Required
Assisting senior project managers in planning, organizing, and managing IT projects.
Supporting project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
Assisting in budget management and resource allocation.
Providing administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling and documenting minutes.
Monitoring project deliverables and ensuring quality standards are met.
Assisting in the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
Supporting communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed about project status and changes.
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the project management team.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field

Program management of supply chain activities for new product launches, refreshes and projects.
Single point of contact to the Product System Team to represent all of supply chain.
Accountable for worldwide supply chain deliverables to meet product ramp dates; requires coordination of the Supply Chain and ODM functions to assure there is a comprehensive plan for a predictable launch.
