2. Think about your supervisor. What are your expectations regarding supervision? How would you describe your supervisor’s leadership style?
3. Describe your co-workers. What are the expectations of your relationship with them?
4. By now you may be experiencing the disillusionment stage in your internship where you may experience some disappointments, obstacles, or problems. Take inventory of where you are and where you want to be with your internship. Identify problem areas that need attention and develop and implement plans to take action if needed. If you are having problems that you are unsure how to handle or are having difficulty resolving with your supervisor, be sure to speak with your course professor.
