2. Introduce your chosen companies and justify your choice.(1)

3. Download the two companies monthly closing prices from 1-1-2019 to 31-12-2019. Calculate the average return and standard deviation for each companies' stock. Compare the results of the two companies.(2)

4. Calculate the covariance and correlation between the two stocks. Comment on your results.(1)

5. Assuming you have 200,000 SAR , construct a complete portfolio assuming investment in a risk-free asset (with return of 4%) of your choice and the two companies' stocks. What weights are you investing in each security? Discuss.(1)

6. Calculate the expected return and standard deviation of the complete portfolio.(1)

7. Compare the results in part (5) with the results in part (3) in terms of risk of your investment?(1)
