1. Hari is the human resources manager for a large engineering company. The company has well-developed programs and policies governing behaviour in the workplace (e.g., anti-harassment, anti-violence, and sexual harassment guidelines) but the company has always focused on behaviour in the workplace. Today Hari received a complaint from an employee that she is being "stalked and harassed" by another employee. Most of the offending behaviour seems to occur on Facebook and other social media sites and there is no evidence that this is occurring at work. Hari has to decide whether or not he should get involved in this issue. What do you think?
