3. Define the term "organizational control." What are the difficulties associated with implementing organizational controls across different geographies? How might a firm combat such problems? What competencies might be needed within the organization?

4. What are economies of scale? How can a firm leverage them to take advantage of global market opportunities? If a firm does not have significant economies of scale, can it take advantage of such opportunities? If so, how?
