3. You have recently been selected to supervise a group of twenty workers of both genders with ages ranging from late teen to late fifties. The workers are clearly not motivated to do any meaningful work and are neither progressing personally nor professionally. You have been exposed to various motivational theories at the University College of the Caribbean.
