1) Is there a problem when a nice person is involved in a company that engages in some unethical practices? What responsibilities (if any) do employees AND managers have to call attention to or try to stop practices that they view as unethical or illegal?

2) Whats your take on Externalities (passing along some or all of the cost(s) of a product or service to a third party that doesnt get any benefit from the consumption of the product or service)? Why should large companies be expected to give back to off-set their externalities use when the average American does not? Dont we all have to pay a share of taxes, and that is what gets divvied up to pay for a bunch of things things we might not ever use or need. Like fire departments, paved roads through desolate back-country areas, and all sorts of useless stuff our tax money buys in both Mass and across the US
