1. Mr. A entered into a contract with Mr. B of commercial nature. Under this contract, Mr. A took supply of 300 bags of cement to renovate his house but did not pay. Bangladesh broadcasts an advertisement claiming that its beauty product Fair and lovely will make any dark woman fair in five weeks, if she uses the product as per the user directions written on the cover. The advertisement also offer to pay 5000tk if any woman complains not to get the good result as shown in the advertisement. The company also publishes information regarding where to apply and how to apply for getting the money on proof of proper use of product. A group of women applies for the money as per the instruction. Advise them. 4. Mr. A has a lot of land. Out of his benevolent purpose, he agreed to lease 10 acres of his land in exchange of 5000tk only to Mr. B for building a cottage industry where local poor people will have livelihood. In the middle of the construction, Mr. A refused to continue the project claiming that Mr. B has given him a little price for the land. Advise Mr. B. 5. Mr. A entered into a contract with Mr. B. Later, Mr. A refused to perform the contract arguing that Mr. B was a lunatic and the contract had no validity in the eye of law. Mr. B goes insane only during half of the year and the contract was entered into when he was well and in sound mind. Advise Mr. B.
