$(1).$ Mr$.$ A W is not completely accurate in his analysis at G Dominguez

$$ He is overlooking the core problem.

$$ He is not respecting their social values.

$$ He has not tried to properly understand and analyze the scenario in last $1$ week.

$$ He is not concentrating to find the proper alternative to increase the production

Mr$.$ D believes in his work and values the craftsmanship of his workers. He only expects quality work from his workers. Mr$.$ Dominguez and his team are having job satisfaction. They are contended with present level of production.

But Mr$.$ A W is result oriented. He is thinking only from production point view. He is focused on the need to increase production, in order to meet the increased market demand. As both are of different opinions, there is a communication gap. There is no proper attempt made by Mr$.$ A to achieve the desired results. Getting the increased productivity is difficult but not impossible, as he is trying to show.

Mr$.$ A should not apply his previous experience with operations department directly at this place. By maintaining quality of Craftsmanship, production can be slowly increased other means Craftsmanship is not hindering the growth in production. So$,$ the craftsmanship is not incompatible with increasing productivity in this company. But the product being a high end product, increasing production at the cost of craftsmanship will affect the business eventually.

$(2).$ AW has to appeal to the things that the craftsmen value the most. It is their craftsmanship. Again what good is one's craft if it is not appreciated in the world? Again being the best among one's peers is also any craftsman would yearn for Hence some sort of competition which linked higher production to monetary awards and recognition awards would be a probable solution.

It is a difficult proposition when people do not put any value on high production. Hence the only way seems to be is to trick them into doing it unknowingly.
