Accordingly, he invited the top notched management (15 individuals only) in writing by sending formal invitation card (with a request to regret if chooses not to attend/a RSVP with a cell number).

On the day of reception only 5 invited were present and others neither comply with the above written invitation nor bothered to respond the RSVP to inform that they were unable to attend, which amounts to a financial loss of Tk. 75,000/- (Tk 7500/- per plate) for which Mr. X is eager to have compensation and damage to redress his loss (Since he had to pay for ordered plates) and prefer to sue them (the invited persons) for breach of an written contract.
