1. Name a decision-making technique or problem solving model. Explain how it could represent an actual decision making process. In other words, how does it compare/contrast to rules at your present or past workplace? Does it align with those rules? Perhaps you have seen protocol or procedure in an employee manual or even due process in a legal proceeding and can relate it to developing a final decision. Is the decision-making or problem-solving procedure similar to their process or different?

2. What is a useful resource for solving problems in different organizational scenarios? When would you apply it, in what kind of situation? What is a probable result?

3. What is the relationship between critical thinking and decision-making? How do they connect?

4. For any of these topics, you can supply a good example in your discussion posts. As an illustration, you could give an example of not following policy and procedure and the result from #1. If you have an example of not thinking and making a decision from #3, provide that example.
