hyphens are not accepted by the latest versions of the Arena software.

Use "Email" instead.

$2.$ On page $77$ the book tells you to use the Value $0\mathrm{.}1777271863.$ THIS IS A TYPO.

Use the value instead of

$0\mathrm{.}177271963$

On pages $84,85$ and following you can see that this replacement value is the

one which should be used.

$3.$ On page $84,$ Table $4\mathrm{.}3$ showing the results of $3$ different runs for different

vendors, shows

a$.$ Vendor $1$ shows an Average of $0\mathrm{.}01911149$; my run gets $0\mathrm{.}01911150,$ for

email wait time on page $2$ of the report, then $0\mathrm{.}01911149$ on page $3,$

likely a minor difference in how the report formattting handles precision

$($significant digits$)$ for these two sections.

b$.$ Vendor $3$ shows the same values for Minimum Average and Maximum

Average, $0\mathrm{.}3740.$ This is a typo. My results show a Maximum Average of

$0\mathrm{.}3791.$

$4.$ On page $93,$ the instructions say to enter $99\%,$ but you can see from Table

$4\mathrm{.}6$ on page $92$ that this should be $99\mathrm{.}9\%$

$5.$ The numbers from pages $94$ and $95$ for Vendor $1$ which contain the values

$1\mathrm{.}0290,1\mathrm{.}0231$ for the final results are wrong. You can see from page $87$ that

these are the results for the simple $3-$node module. Just ignore these results. I
