What is the usefulness of ISO $9001?$ Once revered as the $$go to$$ Standard for Quality, is it still relevant

today? How does it fit in with modern industry and service? Has the expansion of e$-$businesses like

Amazon made ISO $9001$ more or less applicable?

$$ Your agreement or disagreement of the usefulness of the standard in today$$s world

and why $$ feel free to use any of your own real$-$life work experience to support your

reasoning

spaced$),$ excluding a supporting bibliography of maximum $3$ references used throughout your

essay.
